Terms and condicitions policy
By booking a tour with Walk Rome Green, you agree to the following terms:
Service Description: Walk Rome Green offers guided walking tours in Rome and surrounding natural areas. All tours are led by a certified Environmental Hiking Guide (Guida Ambientale Escursionistica).
Client Responsibility: Clients must be in suitable physical condition for the selected tour and wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Walk Rome Green reserves the right to refuse participation if safety cannot be guaranteed.
Punctuality: Tours start exactly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals (more than 10 minutes after the scheduled meeting time) are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.
Safety Rules: Clients must follow the guide’s instructions at all times. Walk Rome Green is not responsible for injuries caused by ignoring safety recommendations.
Children: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Weather: Tours run in light rain. Severe weather may cause the tour to be rescheduled or cancelled with refund.
Liability: Walk Rome Green is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
Photography/videos: The guide may take photos/videos for promotional purposes only. If you prefer not to appear, please inform us before the tour.
Payments: All payments must be completed online at the time of booking.
