Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. Cancellations must be submitted using the cancellation link provided in your booking confirmation email.
You may also request cancellation by email. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the starting time are non-refundable.
Late arrivals or no-shows (including arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled meeting time) are non-refundable, as the group must start on time.
Rescheduling: You may request to change your booking up to 24 hours before the tour, subject to availability and guide schedule. Requests within 24 hours cannot be accommodated.
Weather conditions: Tours run in light rain. In case of severe weather or safety concerns, Walk Rome Green may cancel the tour and offer either a full refund or free rescheduling.
Private tours: Different cancellation rules may apply to private tours and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Operator rights: Walk Rome Green reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour for safety reasons, unexpected closures, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, guests may choose between rescheduling or a full refund.
